I don't have a Apple Mac. What sleeve fits my laptop computer?
The flap allows for different computers to fit into the sleeves. You will find detailed information about sleeve sizes under sleeve size Info.
Will you offer different sleeve sizes?
We currently offer 2 sizes. Feel free to send us a mail if you are looking for a different sleeve size, so we can accommodate this in future developments.
Can I return a product if I'm not happy with it?
You can return products from our webshop within two weeks. They have to be in their original condition. We will refund the price apart from shipping costs. Please inform us before returning a product.
How well do your laptop sleeves protect my computer?
We make our sleeves of soft knitted material lined with strong neoprene. The sides have extra protection. Our sleeves offer a very good protection against scratches and protect well against low falls and hits. As with all soft sleeves the computer isn't protected against heavy pressure and bending.
Please note that we cannot take any responsibility for damage to your computer. But feel free to return the product if you think it's not offering enough protection (see our return policy).
Will you offer more/different designs?
We produce small and limited quantities. Designs run out after a while and we introduce new designs on a regular basis. On our blog you will find information about new stuff.
Where do your fabrics come from?
We design all our fabrics and have them made in one of the few remaining knitting factories in England. We draw inspiration from gaming, oldschool computing, street art, politics/war/disasters and music. We specially like knitting for its close relation to pixel art.
Why does it take up to two weeks for delivery?
We always send out orders as fast as possible. But sometimes we first have to make the product. We will keep you updated about delivery times. You are free to cancel your order as long as we haven't sent it out.
I don't have a credit card and paypal is no friend of mine. How can I pay?
We accept bank transfers but the charges can be very high. Send us a e-mail so we can discuss alternative methods of payment.
